When he's not caring for patients, he can be found gardening, hiking, or tending to the 2 dogs, 9 cats, and 8 chickens he shares his home with in Lenoir, NC.

Cindy is a doctor of nursing practice and family nurse practitioner who’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and caring for patients like family, inspired by her own experiences with loved ones. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her family, mission work, and the outdoors in Lenoir.

Dr. Daly is a family medicine physician specializing in geriatric care with decades of experience leading programs and caring for older adults, including earning national recognition for his work. Outside the clinic, he enjoys sports, travel, and mountain life with his wife and two sons.
