Hopscotch Primary Care owns and operates 11 clinics in Western North Carolina. Our mission is to transform lives in rural communities through accessible and proactive value-based care. Our 160+ team members and their loved ones in Western North Carolina are reeling from Hurricane Helene’s shocking devastation.
This relief fund is intended to provide modest financial support for Hopscotch employees impacted by Hurricane Helene. We hope to support living/family expenses (e.g. temporary housing), replacement/repair of personal possessions, and/or home repairs or rehab for our team members.
Each day, the Hopscotch team generously cares for hundreds of patients. They are known in their communities for delivering exceptional patient experiences and feeling like “family” to the patients they serve. This fund is a way for members of the extended Hopscotch family to support our own at a time of unexpected and great need.
