We are accepting new patients who are covered by Traditional Medicare, Medicare Supplement plans, and most Medicare Advantage plans. This includes patients who are under the age of 65 so long as they are on a Medicare plan.

Do you provide on-site clinic tours?

Sign up for a Welcome Visit at one of our clinics to get a consultation with one of our doctors and to meet the clinic. We also host regular open house events so that you can see the clinic and meet our doctors.

How long are appointments?

Average appointment visit is ~30 minutes, but actual length will depend on need.

How often will I see my primary care physician?

We will work with our patients to develop a personalized care plan to keep you healthy. No two patients are exactly the same.
